2008 Final Year Project - Will be exhibited at Milan Design Week 2009 with Kith-Kin and Designersblock 22-26 April
Kitchenware Instruments - Whistling Water Vessel, Singing Bowl and Ringing Glasses Music of the Spheres is a range of interactive kitchenware that aims to create a dining experience where you fully engage with your senses. These objects explore how music affects the body and mind. The inspiration came from objects used in spiritual practice that uses sound to create a specific state of mind. This is linked with recent studies in neuro-science and brought into a contemporary context through dining. This project examines the relationship between the inner and the outer worlds of the user, and how various intentions of using the objects have different effect on the brain. 2008 Final Year Project, Client Project: XD MODO Collapsible cabin size luggage with an incorporated kick-scooter. With increasing air-travel; trips are short and more frequent, there are new demands and expectations on luggage. ScooterBag is an answer to future travel trends and deals with issues of transportation in long airport corridors and in city environments. The bag is aimed at business men and women who need quick and easy ways of travelling, professionals that desire to be one step ahead. With an easy movement the scooter is folded down from its upright position to scooting position at the back of the bag. The construction of the bag allows for it to be collapsed into half its size to save storage space when the bag is not in use. This project challenges the boundaries between business and leisure, storage and transportation, with the outcome being a straightforward and functional design response.

2006 The brief was to design a personal light that uses batteries as the power source and with the maximum measurements of 200x75x75mm. I created a light that uses bi-coloured LED's which change colour depending of how the user positions the pieces together. The design is inspired by microscopic sea-life such as amoeabas, and is cast in clear silicone rubber.
